You may need help from someone else such as an accountant, business advisor etc to get the full picture. Once you’ve identified these factors then it’s time to create them into something tangible so that the customer can partake in it.

The larger companies have already done so much research and market testing before bringing out a new product or service so if their customers like what they offer then why would they choose yours over theirs? The answer is because yours offers everything they do and more but at an even cheaper price! Don’t take my word for it though, do your homework and find out what people like and dislike about your competition then use that information to set yourself apart from the rest.
