1. Log out and log back in

Turn this setting to show all notification content.
3. Power saving mode
Power saving mode can also turn off Spotify from showing up on the lock screen of your smartphone.
To fix this issue you have to go to settings and go to the power manager tab.
After that go to the background app management tab.

4. Reinstall Spotify again
